A native Floridian, Jeff owns and operates Topline Construction Services, Inc. dba Chief Inspection Services in St. Cloud, FL, where he provides comprehensive inspection and consulting services. Beyond his work in the field, Jeff has played a pivotal role in the Florida Association of Building Inspectors (FABI), serving as Treasurer, Vice President, and President. He remains an active member and dedicated educator, continuously contributing to the advancement of the profession.
